Pesto recipe to eliminate heavy metals
Pesto is originally made with fresh basil, but in this case I have chosen these two herbs that, in addition to being delicious, work very well together, enhancing their detox effect.
The pesto based on cilantro and parsley has a great capacity to chelate heavy metals, help eliminate toxins in general, provide vitamins, minerals and chlorophyll, turning this highly alkalizing sauce into something exquisite if you like bold flavors.
Coriander is an herb that, in addition to helping expel heavy metals from the body, regulates blood glucose levels. Fights bad breath, improves digestion and accelerates metabolism. It is anti-inflammatory and has antiseptic properties, it is diuretic and rich in vitamins C, K and chlorophyll.
Parsley is another great wonder. It is a diuretic, digestive, prevents and treats anemia, is an antioxidant and helps lose weight. This Mediterranean herb is full of vitamins and minerals. It contains a large amount of calcium, iron, folic acid, chlorophyll, vitamins A, K and C.
Thanks to its antioxidant properties, it fights free radicals, being a great anti-aging ally. And finally, parsley has compounds that help in the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
