Gluten-Free Sandwich witn sliced Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

– A cup of alkaline water

– 1 cup of fresh spinach

– A scoop of pHour Salts

– 250g of almond flour

– 250g of rice flour

– 1 egg (for a vegan option, substitute with 1 tablespoon of ground chia seeds soaked in water)

– A tablespoon of salt

– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

– 1 handful of raisins

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF), using heat from above and below.
  2. Blend the liquid ingredients: egg (or chia seeds, previously soaked in water for 20 minutes), oil, lemon, and water.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into it.
  5. Bake at 180ºC (350ºF) for 35 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
