We all like to have soft, radiant skin, free of imperfections. Today I share an exquisite smoothie, incredibly easy to make, full of vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and enzymes… a super nutritious cocktail! Smoothie for healthy and radiant skin.

Ingredients

  • For this smoothie I have chosen blueberries (the anti-aging fruit par excellence) which reduces the risk of premature aging and contributes to the treatment of acne and beautification of the skin. Among all its benefits, it is worth highlighting that it helps regulate weight, benefits the intestinal microbiota and maintains a healthy intestine, which is essential for healthy and beautiful skin.
  • Fresh, cleansing pineapple, rich in vitamin C (precursor of collagen) and antioxidants. It is antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory. Contains bromelain, a fat-burning digestive enzyme. In addition, it contains iodine, which could help normalize metabolism and the production of thyroid hormones.
  • Another wonderful fruit is the banana, with high potassium and antioxidant content. Ideal for women and athletes not only for its delicious flavor, but also for its satiating and nutritious effect. It is a good ally for losing weight and reducing swelling.
  • Spinach, an extraordinary vegetable for its benefits. It is rich in chlorophyll, vitamins, antioxidants and calcium. It helps strengthen bones and muscles, and improves mood thanks to its tryptophan content.
  • I have also included fresh parsley, an aromatic herb high in minerals, chlorophyll, vitamin C, flavonoids, beta carotenes and antioxidants that beautify and purify the skin.
  • And finally, I have added a green dehydrated superfood for being highly nutritious, a beauty and health bomb, Alkaline 16 Greens. By just adding 1 or 2 scoops to the smoothie, we increase the nutritional value of our smoothie by 100%. We could affirm that it is a multinutrient concentrate that comes directly from nature to beautify and heal us.

Quantities

  • 100 gr. Fresh blueberries.
  • 2 or 3 ripe bananas.
  • 2 slices of fresh pineapple (you can add more if you want).
  • 100 gr. of fresh spinach.
  • 1 small bunch of parsley. If you put too much the flavor will be very intense.
  • 2 scoops of Alkaline 16 Greens.
  • 250/300 ml of water.

Preparation

  • It is advisable, if possible, to have a powerful blender, about 1,400w.
  • Cut all the ingredients to make them easier to crush.
  • Add them all to the glass along with the water and blend until you get a homogeneous and smooth liquid paste.
  • And ready to serve. You will get several glasses.

You can drink this delicious smoothie at any time of the day. I advise taking it on an empty stomach to absorb all its nutrients quickly.

If you take it regularly for at least 10 days in a row you will notice it extremely well.
