Three types of alkaline lemonades

Three types of alkaline lemonades: Summer is approaching and with it, the heat, thirst and the need to drink more liquid than usual and also to delight ourselves with varied and delicious drinks. In many cases, some of us turn to alcohol to quench our thirst – the typical beer or beer, white, vermouth, sangria, etc. – or carbonated drinks full of unhealthy sugars.

These types of drinks are highly acidifying, they unbalance our pH and in the long term they deplete our mineral resources since the body must release an enormous mineral load to counteract their effects on our pH.

Therefore, I would like to recommend that you limit the consumption of alcohol and artificial soft drinks, and if you do so, at least drink a good glass of alkaline water before, because alcohol, among other things, dehydrates!

This alkalizing lemonade recipe is a clear example that we can replace carbonated drinks with natural, alkalizing soft drinks full of nutrients. Furthermore, this recipe is actually 3 in 1, because I give you 3 different options to make a delicious natural lemonade, cleansing, alkalizing, without additives, without sugars and very easy and quick to make. You can choose the option you like the most!

Preparation

  1. Prepare the lemon juice. The ideal is to make it with a cold press juice extractor, so that it maintains all its properties.
  2. Transfer it to a glass container and add 4 drops of liquid stevia.
  3. Process the apple to extract its juice, also in the extractor. Reserve the juice.
  4. Divide the lemon juice into 3 glasses and add the indicated amount of alkaline water to each glass.
  5. Finally, add the apple juice to the first glass, the lavender to the second and the mint to the third.
  6. Apple lemonade is ready! Store the other two in the refrigerator and let it infuse for at least 3 hours. After that time it will be ready too!
