Anti-inflammatory smoothie with pineapple and turmeric

Today we share with you a very simple recipe to prepare: Anti-inflammatory smoothie with pineapple and turmeric.

Benefits for your health

Not only is it delicious, but it is very nutritious and has anti-inflammatory properties. It is an ideal recipe to reduce intestinal inflammation and detoxify the liver since it provides specific digestive enzymes and a lot of fiber. It also helps in painful processes caused by arthritis.

For this recipe I have chosen pineapple since it not only contains a lot of fiber, but also has bromelain, a powerful digestive enzyme that facilitates the digestion of proteins, relieving digestion, gas and heartburn.

Pineapple is a very powerful natural anti-inflammatory that also helps improve digestion.

I have also added fresh carrot for its high fiber content and Detox power, as it helps prevent intestinal congestion and constipation. Fresh carrot soothes gastric discomfort and contains alkaline minerals such as sodium and potassium, and B vitamins.

Of course, ginger could not be missing with its characteristic flavor and aroma. Ginger is a very powerful natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It has a carminative, antibacterial, antiemetic effect and improves metabolism.

Turmeric, which is also part of this delicious smoothie, is a well-known root as it helps reduce inflammation and pain in swollen organs. It is a digestive that burns fat and if that were not enough, it promotes brain inflammation since it is a powerful nutrient.

I have also included lemon for its powerful alkalizing effect as well as containing vitamin C and having a liver detox effect.
