Recipe 1 – Detox Green Juice to reduce liver inflammation

For this juice, we’ve selected the following ingredients:

  • Celery: For its numerous beneficial qualities, stimulates gastric juices, improves digestion, cleanses liver and kidneys, enhances memory, bactericide, and purifies blood and skin.
  • Cucumber: With a high water content, it´s diuretic, digestive, detoxifying, and soothing.
  • Green Apple: A powerful antioxidant and detoxifier that cleanses the liver and kidneys, rich in vitamins and flavonoids.
  • Spinach: Rich in chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes.
  • Lemon: Contains vitamins and minerals, it promotes liver and kidney detoxification.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large stalks of celery with leaves (if possible).
  • 1 cucumber1 green apple.
  • 1 bunch of spinach.
  • 1 lemon.

Note. After juicing, add 5 or 6 drops of liquid chlorophyll to exponentially increase its detox and oxygenating power. If you want to add more antioxidants, include 2 drops of Puriphy per glass. With PuripHy, your juice will last longer and will become more alkaline.

Recipe 2 – Orange Juice to Cleanse the gut

For this juice, we’ve chosen the following ingredients:

  • Pink Grapefruit: Rich in enzymes and malic acid that stimulate liver detoxification, carotenoids, and antioxidants.
  • Fresh Turmeric: Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, helps relieve pain, and improves blood circulation.
  • Fresh Pineapple: With digestive enzymes like bromelain, anti-inflammatory, helps burn fat, and improves digestion.
  • Lime: A citrus fruit that cleanses the liver and kidneys, regulates the production of hydrochloric acid, and provides vitamin C.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pink Grapefruit.
  • 1 Lime.
  • ½ Fresh Pineapple.
  • 1 small piece of fresh Turmeric.

Note. Add a small teaspoon of Vegan Kefir to enhance its digestive qualities by adding probiotics and prebiotics. You can also add a couple of drops of PuripHy to your juice to prevent oxidation.
