Recipe 1 – Detox Green Juice to reduce liver inflammation
For this juice, we’ve selected the following ingredients:
- Celery: For its numerous beneficial qualities, stimulates gastric juices, improves digestion, cleanses liver and kidneys, enhances memory, bactericide, and purifies blood and skin.
- Cucumber: With a high water content, it´s diuretic, digestive, detoxifying, and soothing.
- Green Apple: A powerful antioxidant and detoxifier that cleanses the liver and kidneys, rich in vitamins and flavonoids.
- Spinach: Rich in chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes.
- Lemon: Contains vitamins and minerals, it promotes liver and kidney detoxification.
Ingredients:
- 2 large stalks of celery with leaves (if possible).
- 1 cucumber1 green apple.
- 1 bunch of spinach.
- 1 lemon.
