Your body is like a fish tank

Think of your body as a fish tank and the importance of maintaining the integrity of the body’s internal fluid. Imagine that the fish in this tank are your cells and organs bathed in fluids, which transport food and remove waste. Now, imagine a car reversing and placing its exhaust pipe against the air and oxygen intake filter for the water in the tank. The water fills with carbon monoxide and the alkaline pH decreases. This creates an acidic environment that threatens the health of the fish (your cells and organs). Your body is like a fish tank.

Your body is like a fish tank

The same thing happens if you put too much food or the wrong food into the water and the fish cannot digest it. Then, it starts to decompose and rot. Toxic acidic waste and chemicals accumulate as food breaks down, creating byproducts that alter the optimal alkaline pH.

This is an example of what you might be doing to your internal fluid (plasma and blood) every day. You pollute it by smoking, taking drugs, excessive food consumption, eating too much acidic food and countless violations that compromise the delicate balance of your internal alkaline fluids. Some of us have fish tanks (bodies) that can barely sustain any life, yet we somehow manage to struggle day by day, creating more severe imbalances until the inevitable collapse occurs, leading to debilitating, distressing and disorganized symptoms that we must address.

The pH level (the acid-alkaline measurement) of internal fluids affects every cell in the body. The body does not tolerate large acidic imbalances of any kind very well. In fact, the entire metabolic process depends on a balanced and alkaline internal environment. A chronically acidic pH corrodes the body tissues, slowly destroying the 96,000 km of veins and arteries like acid eating away at marble. If left unchecked, it will disrupt all cellular activity and function, from the heartbeat to the excitation of neurons in the brain. In short, acidification interferes with life itself and causes all kinds of diseases.

There are many indicators of an overly acidic internal environment, for example, fat accumulation. The body creates fat cells to remove acid from vital organs and prevent the acid from killing them through strangulation. Fat is the body’s response to an alarming highly acidic state. It is a stress response. The solution is to alkalize and activate the body.

At the other end of the health spectrum, yeast and fungi that develop in an overly acidic body can feed on nutrients and reduce chemical and mechanical absorption of what you eat by up to 50%. This causes many people to become excessively thin, which is no healthier than being overweight. Without protein, the body cannot build new tissue or produce enzymes, hormones or the chemical components necessary for cellular energy and organ activity. The result is fatigue, disease and weight changes.

The toxins produced by an overly acidic and oxygen-deprived body can also contribute significantly to symptoms often referred to as allergies, which is another indicator. Additionally, the absorption of undigested proteins is one of the main causes of allergies. The digestive system weakens, preventing the breakdown of amino acids and often causing allergies to certain foods. This alone can produce a wide range of severe allergic reactions. It is about ingesting elements that oxygenate and alkalize your body, helping to balance diseases that may lead to hypersensitivity.

Fruits and Vegetables

Fatigue is almost certainly the main symptom or ailment of an acidic body. The toxins produced in this environment reduce the absorption of proteins and minerals, which in turn weakens the body’s ability to produce enzymes and hormones. This also interferes with rebuilding cells and other components necessary to produce energy. The result is fatigue, low endurance, inability to build muscle tone and overall weakness.

In summary, Metabolic Medicine improves the endless biochemical process through which life fulfills its function in the body. Ensuring the body digests what it eats and eliminates waste. Not only do the digestive system, including the liver and pancreas, play a vital role, but also the lungs, skin, and kidneys are essential to detoxy additives, drugs, heavy metals, pesticides, and chemicals in the environment, in the air you breathe, water you drink, food you eat, buildings you live in, and clothes you wear.

The job description of a doctor practicing metabolic medicine is to identify crisis points in the normal metabolic process and restore them to full functioning by supplying the missing nutrient or hormone, encouraging the release of personal stress, realigning the body, resetting the immune system and working to prevent future recurrence of the problem. This process requires time and meticulous study. Some ideas that can help include many vegetables and greens, which provide vital nutrients and easily digestible proteins. That alkaline formula, which is energizing and nutritious, begins to oxygenate your body. The same applies to alkaline water. Like the earth we live on, the body is 70% water.

Sometimes food cravings are the body crying out for water. An acidic diet with foods such as meat, dairy, cereals, bread and sugary foods causes an accumulation of acidic waste. When these enter the bloodstream, the circulatory system tries to eliminate them in liquid form through the lungs or kidneys. If there is too much waste, it gets deposited in various organ systems such as the heart, pancreas, liver, colon, and other areas.

So Ensuring your fish tank is clean, will be the first step to have healthy fish and for us, healthy bodies!
